Platform Activity: Orders, messages, reviews, disputes, and all transactional activity.

Automatic Data: IP address, browser/device info, pages visited, session data, cookies, and referral sources.

Third-Party Data: Site metrics from Moz, Ahrefs, and SEMrush (DA, DR, traffic, spam score); payment status from PayPal.

2. How We Use Your Information

Operating the marketplace and facilitating transactions between publishers and advertisers

Processing payments, escrow, and publisher payouts via Paypal.

Verifying domain ownership and validating site metrics

Sending transactional emails (order updates, payment confirmations, account alerts)

Improving platform features, performance, and user experience

Detecting and preventing fraud, spam, and policy violations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as follows:

Between marketplace participants: Limited order-related details (display name, site info, briefs, content, reviews) are shared between publishers and advertisers involved in a transaction.

Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure safety.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to users.

4. Cookies

Active accounts: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.

Transaction records: Minimum 5 years for financial/tax compliance.

Deleted accounts: Personal data removed or anonymized within 90 days, except where legally required.

8. Marketplace-Specific Disclosures

Publisher site metrics (DA, DR, traffic, niche, pricing) are displayed publicly on listings. Earnings and payout details are visible only to the publisher.

Reviews and ratings are publicly visible. Dispute records are accessible only to involved parties and admins.

Payments are held in escrow, and payout is through PayPal, until order completion and verification.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries where our infrastructure operates (AWS). We use Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards to protect data transferred internationally.

10. Children’s Privacy

PostExchange is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
