Thank you for choosing PostExchange. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, which govern your use of all services provided through PostExchange.
2. Definitions
Key terms include: Platform, Publisher, Advertiser, Listing, Order, Placement, Content, Escrow, and Take Rate.
3. Eligibility
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering agreements, and able to provide accurate registration details.
4. Account Registration
You agree to maintain a single account, safeguard your login credentials, and remain fully responsible for any activity under your account.
5. Platform Role
PostExchange acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and does not create, manage, or endorse user-submitted content. All transactions occur directly between publishers and advertisers.
6. Marketplace Overview
Publishers may list websites, set pricing, and review submissions. Advertisers may browse listings, place orders, and verify published placements.
7. Payments & Refunds
Payments are collected upfront and held in escrow. Refunds may be issued for missed deadlines or early content removal, subject to platform review.
8. Content Guidelines
Content must be lawful, original, respectful, and free from harmful, explicit, or misleading material. Non-compliance may result in account action.
9. Listing Accuracy
Publishers must provide accurate metrics and details. Manipulating or misrepresenting information can result in suspension.
10. Reviews
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and follow respectful conduct expectations. Misleading, harmful, or incentivized feedback is not permitted.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be submitted within 30 days. PostExchange will review all relevant information and issue a final determination.
12. Intellectual Property
Platform IP belongs to PostExchange. Users retain ownership of their submitted content, granting PostExchange limited rights for platform operation.
13. Prohibited Activities
Users may not bypass the platform, create multiple accounts, engage in fraudulent activity, or interfere with platform security or functionality.
14. Liability
The platform is provided “as is.” PostExchange’s total liability is limited to fees paid within the previous 12 months.
15. Termination
Users may close their account at any time. PostExchange may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or fraudulent activity.
16. Modifications
PostExchange may update these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the platform after updates signifies acceptance.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PostExchange operates.
